Hi! I am Jamie McHale, a freelance business consultant and developer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am compiling this resource to help people who are working alone, founding startups or pursuing unconventional career paths to work on their mental health. Issues like stress, anxiety, lonliness, dips in motivation, and burnout can have a profound effect on your work and life - but it's not just dealing with the negative, it's also building positive mental habits. In the same way that being healthy isn't just getting rid of disease, but building strength and stamina.
